The Artisan Restaurant - Located in the Stonebridge Inn, The Artisan is the finest restaurant in Snowmass for fresh and seasonal dishes. "Artisan" implies mastery, specialization and unmatched craft. Chef Randall Baldwin offers handcrafted, locally sourced cuisine featuring the finest ingredients of the season and creates unique works of culinary art. As a result, the Artisan Restaurant and Bar sets the standard for restaurants and dining in Snowmass Village.
Artisan Dinner
For Dinner, join us in the Artisan dining room as we celebrate creativity through taste, aroma, and texture. Experience sensations such as the Red Wine Braised Rabbit Risotto, Hazelnut Crusted Ruby Red Trout with brown sugar bourbon butter and 90 Schilling Braised Beef Short Ribs.
Not to be out shined, the handpicked wine menu is a gem in its own rights. Chef has put together a list that mimics the breadth of the dinner menu. This list has been created to guide one's pallet to the perfect wine accompaniment.
Dinner served daily from 5:30pm - 9:30pm.
Artisan Breakfast
The Artisan serves a daily, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet including fresh-to-order omelets and waffles, bacon, sausage, home-style potatoes, french toast and pancakes, biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, yogurt and oatmeal, assorted breakfast breads and beverages.
Breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 7am until 10am, and on Saturday & Sunday from 7am until noon.
Artisan Lounge
For something light and vibrant, join us in the bar for twists on your favorites. Enjoy our famous Tuna Tartar with thinly sliced cucumber, avocado, Sriracha aioli and crispy wontons, a juicy Maytag Blue Cheese Burger, our Chinese Chicken Salad, or the fabulous Pastrami Sandwich on a soft pretzel roll.
Join us at the Artisan bar every Thursday from 6:00-9:30 pm for an amazing magic show by Magician of the year DOC Eason.
Lounge Hours: Bar opens at 3pm. Bar food is offered from 4pm - 10pm.
